This Meditation aims to help one have a Conscious meeting with Self-Love in order to cleanse parasitic energies and be able to reconnect with one's Essence (soul).


So, it is possible to connect to your “Christal Heart” with the qualities of Heart and Unity in order to let the Christal vibration of Love circulate in Self-Love Me and in your personal, relational and Professional Life.

Tips for Using the Christ Heart Meditation

The Christed Heart Meditation can be used:


✅ Listening meditation alone

✅ Meditation + at the same time as energetic self-treatment (e.g. reiki)

✅ Meditation + at the same time as an energy session received (as is the case for example this Thursday evening).


This Christaline Heart Meditation can perfectly be used alone, without a complementary energy session.


You can therefore decide to work with her regularly by listening to her and letting yourself be guided and penetrated by the energy conveyed by my voice; energy that will do work in the subtle levels.


You can also clearly amplify the action of this meditation, by accompanying listening to it with energy work. This complementary energy work can be reiki self-treatment, receiving an energy session like those offered every Friday, or any other energy practice.


To benefit from this Meditation of the Christal Heart, you can obtain it at the price of the heart in order to be able to download it.

What is the Price of the HEART ❤

The price of the Heart is the one that resonates both within you and with the value of what is given to you in return. This is also the price you can give.


It would be simpler for me to set a defined price… and perhaps for you too.

But I hope that you will have this experience of the Heart, and that you will bring into this notion of price the dimension of your heart and its connection to this meditation and to me who created it for you.
